"I am 56 years old and love to work out. I Started with weights when I was
17 because I didn't know any better. Anyway in my training career I've had a
go at almost every new idea that came along. It breaks my heart to think
of all the money spent on gym fees, equipment, food supplements,
Chiropractors. Nothing ever quite worked. In fact the end result of all this was a body that was hurting and dysfunctional. Over the years, my back went
(herniated disc from deadlifts). My neck, wrists and shoulders were in constant pain. Each workout became a joke as I found out yet another exercise that I was physically unable to do.

"Dear Matt,
I got Gama Fitness about a week ago, and I just want to thank you. I
bought Combat Conditioning many moons ago, and incorporated the Royal Court into my regular weight training off and on for some time...but I couldn't be consistent. Part of the problem was that weight-lifting makes you lazy. You don't really have to challenge yourself when you lift weights (and I think after a while you forget how to). No mental challenge. You lift the weight or you don't. There's no point at which you're saying 100...101...102..., and the only thing keeping you counting (and moving) is an unrelenting vision in your head - unless you're doing some kind of insane endurance workout that I've never heard of, and I've been lifting for 13 years, and been a personal trainer for 3. I'm not saying it's not out there, but I never saw it.
"Part of the problem might have been that everyone was looking at me like I was insane - red in the face, Hindu Squatting in bare feet in the abdominals area at my gym, quivering when I was done like a new-born colt that doesn't quite know how to walk yet. The other problem was that the Hindu Squats kicked my ass. My legs are pretty strong, for weight-lifting, so the first time I tried them, I was determined to do 100 Hindus in a row. Oh I did it, but not without consequences. By the end I thought I was going to puke, pass out, or both. My legs were sore for three days. That discouraged me pretty heavily, and I backed way off on my Royal Court exercises. But I knew deep down that Combat Conditioning is right. That if you can't handle your own body weight, you shouldn't rightly be handling any other kind of weight. I didn't really know how to incorporate this new knowledge into what I already had, though.
"This is one of the reasons I'm grateful for Gama Fitness , and its scalable approach. I know about periodization, etc., but maybe I'm lazy, I just never took the time to approach Combat Conditioning that way, and do it myself... there are always excuses, work, bills, etc, but I think it boils down to a case of slacker-itis.
"And here is where the real problem revealed itself. The real problem with me doing Combat Conditioning techniques wasn't my technique, or my weight-lifting past. It was my MIND. And this is where I really want to thank you. You've made something very simple that my brain has always made complex (to keep itself from succeeding?!, or just sheer laziness?) - that is POSITIVE THINKING and everything that goes with it. The goal-achieving techniques you outline in Gama Fitness have already helped me, and it's only been a week. I feel like a different person. A better person. I know the power is in myself, and now I'm beginning to know how to harness it. I think this is the biggest and best part of the Gama Fitness program.

I just got Gama Fitness & am up to 200 Hindu squats in a row & 50 Hindu pushups - OK quit laughing! everyone has to start somewhere! I am hindered my the fact that up till now I only trained w/ weights @ the gym - I can bench press well over 300#'s, I can run a stair mill for 45 minutes but those squats & push ups are ass kickers! even the deep breathing exercises made my abs sore & I can do 50 sit ups @ maximum incline w/ a 25# weight on my chest! Thank you SOOOOOO much for the Gama Fitness course!! I started Combat Conditioning last March and although one of my friends said "You don't look like I could break you in half anymore" I never really made much progress, I think I managed 400 squats once and 30 something pushups before lack of will-power and other factors messed up my training routines.
"After reading Gama Fitness I was so inspired and pumped-up that I started training harder and smarted than ever. The results? Yesterday, after 4 weeks of visualisation, deep breathing and training I managed my first goal of 500 straight Hindu Squats! Your products, over the course of the last year, have helped me get over a liver disorder that had left me unable to train due to lethargy and weakness. It essentially slowed down the liver's ability to process that which I ingested, leaving me constantly tired.

This is the single best fitness course I've ever come across, and like a lot of your clients I've tried a lot of them; including free weights, soloflex, bowflex, and enough other "stuff" to stock a good yard sale.
